NOTICE: Rates, System Development Fees, and Other Fees

The Board of Directors will be discussing and voting on District water and sewer usage rates, fireline rates, system development fees, and other fees during the Board meetings from August through December 2025 and may vote to change some of those rates during this time.

Xpress Bill Pay is the Easiest Way to Pay Your Bill!

It is FREE to sign up and use Xpress Bill Pay! If you have an Internet connection and an email address, you can now pay your bill online. You are also able to “opt in” to paperless billing and receive an email notification when your bill is ready to view.

Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District is going Cellular!

CCVW is nearing completion of the Cellular Meter Upgrade Installation Project within the District. This upgrade will ensure the District is able to continue to perform accurate, timely meter readings.
